Because Graffito has experience leasing retail space on behalf of landlords, Katz and his team are often asked to design signage to showcase rental opportunities. Oxford Properties approached Graffito ID to design unique and visually engaging window signage that would catch the eye of potential tenants for their turnkey restaurant space (formerly Tico) located at 222 Berkeley Street in Boston’s Back Bay.

While inspired by existing branding elements used by the larger 500 Boylston property, the final design features shapes, patterns, and key messaging meant to target restaurant tenants. The signage also allows these prospective lessees to look inside the space and see its potential.
