Drew was part of a team that created BasePlus, a proprietary application developed by Graffito to simplify and streamline percentage rent administration for landlords and tenants. The platform automates sales tracking, rent calculation, and payment processing—eliminating the need for manual reporting while increasing accuracy and transparency. In addition to product development, Katz and his team spearheaded the brand’s launch, overseeing naming, identity design, and website development.
