Northpond has completed over 75 transactions and they have over $1B in total gross assets. Their projects are located in Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeastern states. Graffito ID was tasked with creating a “Look Book,” to showcase all of their properties. The result was a Northpond branded, perfect bound, 76-page publication.
